Emma is a great server. She made sure we had everything we needed and cups were full. A beautiful, elegant dining experience. I like they have a lounge area as an option. I will be back to try out a pizza. Oh forgot to mention, the food was delicious!!

We visited Pizza King yesterday with our family, and it turned into an experience we will never forget. We’re currently going through a really difficult time—today we are laying my best friend’s dad to rest—and yesterday also happened to be her birthday. We decided to gather both of our families for a meal, just trying to find a little light in a heavy moment. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and exactly what we needed. The food was absolutely great, but what truly made the experience special was our server, Brian. Brian was phenomenal. He was attentive, kind, and genuinely present with us—not just doing his job, but truly caring. Without being asked, he brought out a slice of cake and helped us sing Happy Birthday to my best friend. In the middle of so much sadness, that small act meant more than I can even put into words. He lifted everyone’s spirits and gave us a moment of joy when we needed it most. That kind of compassion is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Brian, thank you for your kindness, your attentiveness, and for helping make a hard time just a little bit easier for all of us. You made a lasting impact on our family. We will absolutely be back. ❤️

Used to live in Council Bluffs and this was my go to for great Italian food. I live in Eastern Iowa now so whenever I am in the area, I am stopping in. The lasagna is second to none. Their Baklava itself is worth a 4 hrs drive. The owners are very personable and an absolute delight to talk to. Don't let the name fool you. This is a mix of fine dining, and a relaxing dining experience wrapped up in one.

Ive been coming here for a while now. My family and I love Pizza King. The owners are so nice and they seem to treat thier staff well because you see the same faces visit after visit. The price is great because you receive alot for your money. Id rather go here then some chain steak resturant that more then likely charges more for less. This is our go to place for anniversary or birthdays. Sometimes just because.

We celebrated a birthday. My sister-in-law called ahead and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back! I had the fillet, it was cooked as requested and tender and delicious

Steakhouse that also has excellent Pizza.Old fashioned steakhouse , service, atmosphere and a pleasant place to eat. You are greeted when enter, Everything is plated as an old fashioned steakhouse would late something. The atmosphere is relaxed and vibrant. Conversation is everywhere, expect to be nodded at or greeted by people you may not know. A wonderful midwestern steakhouse. (with our favorite pizza!)

Went to PK for Valentines dinner. Got in without a reservation no problem. My wife both enjoyed the prime rib. Limited menu on Valentines, but hey no problem. The salad was very fresh. It came also with a gigantic baked potato and fresh green beans. The prime rib was a generous serving for $40. The Au Jus was more of a demi glaze, thicker than a regular Au Jus but it lent itself to hold better to the beef and was seasoned spectacularly highlighting beefy and onion flavors. The creamy horseradish sauce was very unique. Now let me brag on the service. Everyone had a smile and was super kind. Denise was our server and cemented the fact that we will be back often. She exceeded all expectations of a waitress. The meal was well paced. We didn't feel rushed or forgotten. After being absolutely stuffed and taking almost half our food home, she brought out a piece of cheesecake to share. That tasted amazing too. Pizza King has the best restaurant prime rib. That is a quote from my wife and I would have to 100% agree with her. Thanks for an amazing Valentines day Pizza King and Denise!

recently had dinner at Pizza King, and it was outstanding. It’s a classic Italian steakhouse with roots going back to the 1960s — from the era when pizza was considered gourmet and a great steak was a point of pride. The atmosphere has that timeless, upscale feel without being pretentious. The steak was excellent — tender and juicy, exactly what you hope for. My wife ordered the sirloin, and it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My niece had a pizza that tasted fresh and clearly made in-house, with a unique touch that set it apart. I ordered the steak tips over rice, and they were flavorful and cooked just right. Service was just as impressive as the food. Our drinks were always refilled, plates were cleared promptly, and we never had to track down our server for anything. The staff was attentive without hovering. Great food, great service, fair pricing, and a warm atmosphere. If 10 stars were an option, I’d give them.

Have always loved the 70’s steakhouse atmosphere. And the steaks are delicious. We also love the pizza. Have gotten chicken friend steak and it was delicious. Attended some large group parties as well and the service was good. My dad used to love coming here when he would visit.

We had a truly exceptional dining experience at your establishment. The quality of the food was outstanding; from the perfectly prepared steak and salmon to the delectable mashed potatoes, and the exquisite strawberry shortcake and chocolate dessert. Our server, Sarah, provided impeccable service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable evening. The cocktails, too, were of exceptional quality. We would highly recommend your restaurant.
